Goody Hair products- featured at the Getting Gorgeous Events

At the NYC Getting Gorgeous event in April, I got to view a table-full of Goody Hair products. From their Ouchless hair ties to their new "Spin" which is like a scroll that you "spin" into your hairbun to make it stay, there are great hair accessories for you. I'm digging their new floral clips, and stretchy headbands that can be casual or for working out!

Belli Skincare Products for Moms & Babies - as featured at the NYC Getting Gorgeous event

Belli Skincare products were featured at the NYC Getting Gorgeous event earlier in April. At the event, bloggers were able to take home samples of their Eye Brightening Cream, Acne Cleansing Facial Wash, & Diaper Rash cream- safe skincare products for mothers, pregnant women and babies! This line uses ingredients that are safe to use around babies, so basically anyone can use them, except for the diaper-rash unless you're a baby!

	This basket full of samples includes their baby diaper rash cream and Acne facial cleansing wash. Some women may get acne flareups while pregnant, so this exfoliating wash is meant to help clear out your pores without using harsh chemicals. Instead, they use lemon peel oil, green tea extracts and cucumber. I liked the fresh scent to this.
	The Eye Brightening Cream contains Vitamin K that is supposed to help revive tired eyes. I haven't been using this that long so my dark circles are not completely gone. But my eyes look a bit brighter when I use this and the area feels more moisturized and cooling.

FlipOut Sandals - Spotted at the Getting Gorgeous event

	Are you a fan of flipflops and charms? Well, let me introduce you to FlipOut Sandals! I first learned about them at the NYC Getting Gorgeous event earlier in April. I saw their booth and thought to myself how pretty these gorgeous bling were on sandals. Basically they sell the charms and the sandals and you can switch out the charms (easy to twist!) so it looks like you're wearing a brand new pair. Their charms from their Crystal Couture Collection contains crystal adorned flowers, butterflies, hearts and more! Their flipflops also come in four basic colors- black, silver, copper, and white.

Hanes Casuals Cushion socks at the Getting Gorgeous event

At the recent Getting Gorgeous event, hosted by darlings Vera & Audrey, I learned about new Hanes products, including their cushion low cut socks. They gave attendees a 3-pair pack to try and I have been wearing these since I got them. As part of my fitness journey, (check out my tweets @FitnessAllThat), I've been wearing these soft and comfy socks when I work out. I have a variety of socks - ankle socks, patterned socks, and they're all pretty thin. What I like best about these socks is the CUSHION! Its thick cushiony bottom really makes a difference for every step I take when I'm doing jumping jacks & lunges (a Lean-legs workout from @ToneItUp)

Getting Gorgeous in NYC Recap

This past weekend I attended the Getting Gorgeous event in NYC, where social media savvy women came together to "get gorgeous". Everyone I met was incredibly sweet and so glad to have met so many interested brands- including DegreeWomen with one of my faves fitness guru, Kristin McGee, TideToGo minis (hello Ali!), Hanes, Flip Out sandals, Simply OJ serving mimosas and more! Special thanks to Vera & Audrey for letting me attend - last minute!- and so glad I was able to be a part of this! This is probably one of my favorite events since the audience was all alike- bloggers!

DegreeWomen was the title sponsor for Getting Gorgeous and ladies mingled in their MotionSense lounge- getting fitness tips from Kristin McGee and signing up for a Degree giveaway!
	Ladies getting their hair styled by Hair Room Service! Love the curls/waves/blow outs that they all got.. it is all about getting gorgeous after all.. :)

	FlipOut sandals is a great way for you to literally "flip out" the jewel on your flipflops. If you love accessories and love to change the bling, these are perfect. I got to try a pair and can't wait to review this for you soon!
	Hanes was also there to showcase their new products, including new cushion-socks (review coming soon!) and a ComfortFlex Fit bandeau that you can wear in many ways (no straps, criss-cross straps, etc.) Loving their new products since I just thought they only carried undies..
	TideToGo was there, giving out coffee and brownie treats (ate mine already so no pics..) and of course their TideToGo Minis! See my past review here. It was so great meeting my contact there in person since I've corresponded with her via email since end of last year!
