Dermalogica's Precleanse Oil and Wipes Review

Have you ever bought about precleansing- aka cleansing before your actual facial cleansing routine? 

The Dermalogica PreCleanse set includes the precleansing oil and wipes that help break down the excess oil prior to the actual cleanse. This is perfect for oily skinned folks! It also helps break down sunscreen, waterproof makeup and other product build-up. As spring and summer is coming soon, this is great to get rid of the outer layer of gunk so your regular facial wash can work better on your skin. 

It does sound like double the work, but it's important to keep your skin clean, pores clear and feel refreshed! How to use this set? First, I pour a nickel-sized amount of the oil on my hand to help massage onto my face. Once the oil has absorbed, I use one of the wipes to clean the oil. The wipes is a nice touch and is great for a "double" clean feel. Then I continue with my normal face routine. (I also use the wipes separately and on its own when I don't want to use the oil- lazy days)

My hair is extremely thankful for iFabbo for introducing me to the Monat Global Rejuveniqe™ Oil Intensive hair product that I have been using the past couple of weeks.

This incredibly sleek packaged hair oil has hydrated and kept my hair looking shiny and feeling fabulous. My hair is already naturally "oily" so naturally I wouldn't be inclined to use a hair oil. However, there are hydrating benefits to using Rejuvenique, whose key ingredient is Abyssinian Oil, esp. during the winter when my ends get a bit drier than usual. My scalp also reaps the benefits, as it helps control sebum production (aka more oilies).

Dermalogica Dynamic Skin Recovery SPF50 Review

I'm a huge fan of Dermalogica so you can imagine my enthusiasm when iFabbo offered their Dynamic Skin Recovery moisturizer to try. 

This anti-aging product also helps protect you skin from harmful UV rays with SPF of 50. This creamy moisturizer feels like silk on my skin and it contains ingredients  such as white tea to provide anti-oxidants. It's formulated to keep skin looking and feeling hydrated all while keeping your skin look it's very best.

Even though it's the Fall season.. it's super important to keep wearing sunscreen to protect your skin from the sun. Luckily you can get the sun protection you need with this product AND it will help keep your skin looking younger. Even though I have oily skin, this moisturizer does not make it more shiny by mid-day.

BECCA's the One Perfecting Brush review

If you only could carry one brush, it would have to be BECCA's the One Perfecting Brush. Special thanks to iFabbo for letting me review this amazing product. Available at Sephora, this brush can be used for your foundation, highlighter, contouring powder, and blush. It's dense (and wide enough) to replace all your current brushes. Its goat hairs is also soft to the touch and gentle on your face. Like most brushes, it can be used for powders and liquid products. If you use a full makeup routine, I would recommend starting with foundation, then highlighter above the cheeks and on the bridge of your nose, contouring using the narrow part of the brush, under the cheeks, side of nose and around temple and lastly, blush using the corner of the Perfecting Brush.

Perlier Imperial Honey Body Butter Review

I've already tried out a few Perlier products and loved the different scents and products, so I'm not surprised that the new body butter was simply divine. I absolutely love travel sets and this set contains 4 body lotions and 4 shower creams for each of the four scents: Honey, Olive Oil, White Almond and Shea Butter & Citrus. All made in Italy, these delicious scents smell so clean and natural. My favorite is the Shea Butter & Citrus b/c I'm a Citrus-nut! They were amazing to use during my recent travel over Memorial's Day and were so fun to try. The assortment is also nice depending on my mood when I take my morning showers. Hydroxatone Anti-Aging BB Cream Review

Have you jumped on the BB-cream bandwagon yet? I've been wearing the Hydroxatone Anti-Aging BB Cream with SPF 40 daily and I've been loving it. My face makeup routine has been pretty light, using only concealer on areas where I need it. (Think: undereyes and some dark spots) However, ever since I got this through the iFabbo Shop, I've been using this daily! It's incredibly easy to use! This light, tinted moisturizer evens my skin tone and makes my skin look dewy. I'm also getting the sun protection that I need to prevent sunspots & wrinkles!

Through iFabbo's shop, I was able to test Own's Skin Health Firming Skin Concentrate. This anti-aging serum is formulated to help decrease the appearance of wrinkles over an 8 week span and help moisturize your skin. Three things that are focused are firmness, evenness of skin tone and softness. I've been using the concentrate for almost two weeks now and definitely feel an improvement. Save your sweaters! Through iFabbo's shop, I got to try out this nifty tool to lose the pills off my worn sweaters. Now that I'm in warmer weather and have only resorted to light sweaters only for late nights, I still have some old ones with sad pills. Usually I pluck them off, but with the Lilly Brush, I was able to have them removed after a few quick swipes.

Coterie has launched! They're the latest deals site that specializes on my favorite kind of products- beauty! Launched last week, they're offering specials on brands such as ButterLondon, Kevyn Aucoin, and MOR.

Thanks to iFabbo.com, I got a sneak preview of their site and the opportunity to receive a sample set of three ButterLondon nail lacquers and a matte finish topcoat polish. Their shipping was quick via FedEx and got my polishes wrapped securely in bubble wrap.The current MOR event is selling their body scrub & body lotion duo in different scents, such as Basil & Grape, Neroli Clementine and Black Currant Iris. They are also selling Kevyn Aucoin, where you can purchase their three or six-piece eye kits featuring their best-selling products. Although right now, their products are few, they seem to have some gems that I am looking forward to monitoring. iFABBO Blogger event in NYC

Last Monday, iFabbo members were invited to their New York City meetup! Those in the NYC area got together for en evening of fun, drinks, and fabulous chat sessions with Dr. Colbert w/ the NY Dermatology Group and fashion designer Stacy Igel of Boy Meets Girl! Had a great time that evening and so glad to be a part of iFabbo!

While eating snacks, courtesy of PopChips, we also sipped on Hint Water & FRS Energy drinks! YUM!
